and at first it was obviously not meant to be taken seriously.
Somewhere in 2000 we recorded a 5-song demo titled "alcoholic thrash attack".
This primitive demo was thus burned in a small number of cds and distributed to fans and labels,
to get a first reaction. Deathstrike records (the German label of Teutonic Thrashers NOCTURNAL!)
in particular were very excited with it and finally released it on tape in 2002.
This Demo-tape was sold out in two weeks.
We kept on pushing harder with a lot of live gigs and interviews until the first album was about to be unleashed.
So in 2004 "HELLISH METAL DOMINATE" debut album was releashed by blackmetal.com .. cyberjara USA.
(also in special edition for japan).10 raw tracks of pure thrash metal, put DRUNKARD onto the map of metal society.
After supporting the album with full force in several gigs, the band took the step and invaded Poland and "HERTZ" studios
to record their new masterpiece.
"LIKE SIN EXPLODE" is here, raw and evil yet polished and aggressive, due to the proffecional production of
Wieslawski Brothers (Vader, Decapitated), and the killer artwork made by Killustration (Severe Torture, Dew Scented, Zyklon).
